AvJam Group investors share a rich history of involvement in building some of Jamaica's most popular sites.
The Ramsay family name is synonymous with construction in Jamaica. Three generations of Ramsay have been involved with the complex infra-structure and development of Jamaica from its early conception in the nineteen-fifties to the present.
Jaspar Ramsay was one of the lead construction foremen during the development of the National Stadium & Arena in Jamaica He was also involved in a large portion of the new development in the central & eastern areas in Jamaica including multiple schools, two dams, water treatment plants, along with a complete reconstruction of the Victoria Jubilee Hospital in Kingston.
His son, Leon Ramsay acquired all the necessary construction skills to lead Jamaica in the area of major modernized construction developments in the early stages of the development of Stony Hill, Jacks Hill, and others.
AvJam Group is a consortium of all three Ramsay generations and future generations to come.
